Work/Life Balance World Vision uses a Wellness program to optimise the physical, emotional and psychological wellbeing of our employees. Learn and develop your skills The L&D team is dedicated to developing the potential of all our people through learning initiatives ranging from orientation and induction programs to personal, skills acquisition and leadership development that support WVA’s evolving culture. Comprehensive workshops and sessions using current team development tools are designed to engage with both new and existing staff about the work of WVA. By increasing knowledge and understanding of the organisation, staff can ‘join the dots’ between their role and how they can actively contribute to our mission. Staff are invited to attend relevant programs and can make bookings after a discussion with their manager about their individual development plans. Managers further develop their team capabilities to allow all our people to have a fulfilling and satisfying career with WVA.
