World Vision works in partnership with indigenous people in the Northern Territory community of Wetenngerr, and Armadale, in Perth, Western Australia. These programs aim to promote healthy lifestyles, build the communities' capacity to sustain themselves in the long term, assist in providing support care for the aged and increase opportunities for indigenous youth.

World Vision Australia also works in partnership with Aboriginal organisations, and government and non-government organisations, who are working within the same communities. These organisations include the Department of Education, the Department of Family and Community Services, the Department of Health and Community Services and other government agencies.
